well here goes
1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before?
Get a car, move in with someone. Whoa that's actually two things.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't think I actually had NY resolutions..but I certainly will make more for next year.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
No, cuz most of my friends are young or younger than me
4. Did anyone close to you die?
well, sort of. Someone I only knew for a couple of days, but in those days he made a huge impact on me. He was 80 and died just two weeks later.
5. What countries did you visit?
Sadly none.
6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?
More of an external life - more to it than job and home.
7. What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
One day at the seaside, in summer, when it was actually rather cold, but I felt free and happy, and near the sea and the waves.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Moved in with someone and found it is actually harder than most young people think. It takes more commitment and will than you have to work out.
9. What was your biggest failure?
The project I coordinated and that actually was delivered, but the next ones were given to someone else.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Fortunately no..or at least nothing worth mentioning.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
The car ...mwuhahahahaa.
12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
Rox - one of my best friends, who was with me through all my times of distress, and who went through a lot of bad times this year, but kept her head up high. I admire her for this.
13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
D's ..for not being the man I thought him to be.
14. Where did most of your money go?
clothes, car, house...food.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Receiving the damn car in the springtime..it took over 2 months to finally decide upon one, order it and then waiting for it to arrive, to get registered and such. Damn bureaucracy.

i. happier or sadder? sadder unfortunately.

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Going out, travelling, meeting more new friends.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Being a bitch and complaining all the time. Being afraid of change.
20. How did you spend Christmas?
with my family. unfortunately not much with D. It was a sad time.
21. How will you be spending New Years?
In a bar with a bunch of friends.

I fell in and out of love with the same person.
23. How many one night stands?
none.
24. What were your favourite TV programmes?
desperate housewives...if you can call it that way if I only watched 4 or 5 episodes...
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
Not really. I think I should.
26. What was the best book you read?
The Chronicles of Narnia, yes yes yes. And Musashi.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
23 - I don't remember doing anything in particular. Going to work and discovering my friends at work had put up a small gallery with my printed drawings. That was awfully nice of them.
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Delivering more trainings and achieving results at work.
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005?
Skirts and high heels. a lot of scarves and pashminas. sort of 50's very polished look.
34. What kept you sane?
Mihai ze coach.
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
hmm...don't usually fancy public figures..
36. What political issue stirred you the most?
when the pope died. he seemed such a nice person. although that wasn't exactly a political issue, right?
37. Who did you miss?
D, in the times when he left, when he came late home and did not care much about things...
38. Who was the best new person you met?
Humph...who died soon after. An old guy who invented some management techniques, had seen much in his life and thought anything is possible if you really put your mind to it. He told me I could achieve greater things and was one of the very few persons who thought highly of me without knowing me very well. A very dear person. bless his soul.
39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2005.
Mihai - you can't do all the right things and expect the right results. Sometimes things don't work out that way. you have to permanently reinvent yourself.
